You will notice that there are two folders on the CD both of which contain level 4 (grade 12) content. One is titled Level 4 while the other is titled Alberta Math 30. From the standpoint of mathematics content, the two folders are identical. The only difference between them is that parts of the content in the Alberta Math 30 folder have been labelled as optional, since they are not included in the current Alberta Program of Studies for Mathematics 30. This Alberta Math 30 version has been provided simply as a matter of convenience to Alberta schools. Teachers and/or students may however use either version.
